Bottle, 0.5l. Clear cola colored pour, one finger soapy off-white head, medium retention, minimal lacing on the glass. Nice on the nose, sweet and malty, toasted caramel, mild roasty.

Light body, medium carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, soft, fizzy, easily drinkable. Nicely balanced bittersweet taste, more on the sweet side. Aroma of toasted caramel, bread, grains. Brown sugar, molasses. Light smoke. Short lasting finish, sweet.

Ok.

On tap at the Brauhaus und Restaurant Markt Schwaben. Pours dark chestnut brown with good clarity and an off white head. It has a fruity tang allied with caramel, a little hedgerow bite, a touch of bitterness it's fine. *Btw we had a wonderful Pumpkin and Ginger Soup here.

On tap at Sheridan's Irish Pub, Zagreb. Dark brown, ochre to reddish tint, medium creamy tan head. Caramel, brown sugar and floral aroma. A touch of nutty, toasty and coca. Rounded up with a nice dark malty touch, although there's a hint of corn in there. A bit tart, not too sweet, some toasty background notes, dry finish. Smooth, light body, soft carbonation. After a while a sugary plastic sweetness appears, not so pleasant. Overally nice.
