Many thanks to beerhunter111 for sharing. Dry and sour beginning. Very tart, fruity with a nice and deep sourish ending. Fresh and deep. Nice.

75cl bottle. Klare goldene Farbe, kein Schaum. Geruch nach mild süßen Äpfeln, kräftiger Wein. Geschmack ist spürbar alkoholisch, überreife trockene vergorene Äpfel, Sulfite, milde Säure.

23/3/2019. Sample shared by Danlo, cheers Ed. Pours very pale gold with no head. Aroma of apples, wood, apple cider vinegar, light caramel and rubber. Moderate sweetness, tartness and body. Watery oily texture, average carbonation. Dry, tart finish. Not bad.

Sample from trade with Koelschtrinker, cheers Roman! Pale golden colour, no head and sickly aroma. Taste is sweet, floral and fruity, apple, drying with some solventy and slightly sick-like notes. Light to medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tangy finish. OK.

Deutlich alkoholischer Geruch. Leicht karbonisierter, alkoholisch apfeliger Beginn. Leicht brennend, trockener Hintergrund, süffig. Trocken bleibend, apfelig, der Alkohol überwiegt. Minimale Säure. Das Geschmack-Alkohol-Verhältnis stimmt nicht. 8/8/8/7/9/8
