[ As Pica Pica Cider Satter Apfel ].
ABV: (5.9)%. Sparkling, clear light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, sour apples, yellow apples, flour apples. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, sweet apples, sugary apples, yellow apples, light minerals. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. (20200718)

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, minerally. Taste is sweetish, apple, some core and skin, with some tartness and light funk. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, medium-dry slightly tart finish. Ok

12/7/2020. Bottle courtesy of Erzengel, cheers Gabriel! Pours clear pale gold with a short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of semi-sweet apples, touch herb and very slight funky notes. Medium sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, quite fizzy. Crisp and lingering tart finish. Better than many German ciders I’ve had.

Pica Pica Cider Apfel, Fläschchen aus Lokaltausch mit Erzengel. - Goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase herb-holzige alte Apfelsorten, erdige Säure, ein Hauch von Kuhstall. - Im Geschmack alte Apfelsorten, etwas weinig mit Noten von Keller, Erde und Holz, dabei rund süßsauer mit mehr Süße als Säure. Spritzig karbonisiert, schlank. Im Abgang mild kellerig-muffig. - Angenehm aber für meinen Geschmack deutlich zu süß. (24.4.2020.)

Fruity and very dry tart. Smooth, lots of ripe dry apples and dry apple skin. Nice and fruity, not really sessionable but full in aroma.

Bottle [from Euro Swap 2019-2 thanks to Erzengel] at home. Clear golden color, fizzy quickly disappearing white head. Nice pleasant apple and applepeel aroma. Lightly more dry than sweet it seems. Flavor is sweet, sweet apple and some sugar. Lightly more sweet than dry it seems. Quite enjoyable. 7-3-7-3-13.
