From bottle at Café Spesial, Bergen 22.12.23. On the way from Kristiansund to Stavanger I had a few extra hours in Bergen because of snow chaos at the airport and rebooked flights. Clear pale straw colour. No head. Fine aroma and taste of bitter cider apples, astringent apples from deserted orcheries and apple peel! Good, well-balanced and interesting!

Small bubbly shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry fruit, apple peel, grass, sour apples, minerals, yeast, hay, apple cores. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, apple juice, grass, apple peel, hay, flowers, yeast, minerals, hints of alcohol. Slightly sweet sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

750 ml clear screwcap bottle, vintage 2014, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6%. Clear and extremely pale yellow colour, pours sparkling, no lasting head. Pleasant aroma of apples, hints of oak and sulphites. Semi-dry flavour, refreshing and well balanced flavour of apples. A good cider!

0.75l twist off cap clear bottle from the 2014 vintage. A thin little bubbly quickly fizzing away white top over a clear pale yellow colored body. It smells quite a lot. Strong apply, a really inviting red sweetness from small red stilen apples. It's also mild earthy, Cork and blue cheese. Not horrible at all. It's nicely carbonated, tiny bubbles and in the mouth it's kinda thin, not directly, but near watery. More green apply and dry in the taste. Soft dusty, both pear and stale apple juice. There's also a nice little sourness that makes it a bit more interesting. Minerals and green grapes in the finish. Kinda mouthdrying. Yeah, I liked it. 21.09.2015

Bottle. Golden-yellow colour with no head. Aroma is sourness, apple, sulphur, yeast. Flavour is sourness, apple, sulphur, apple core, yeast. OK cider.

750 ml bottle. Clear pale straw golden body with fast disappearing white head. Weak aroma, mostly acidic apple and some sulfur. Flavor is weak and unbalanced, acidity, yeast and sulfur. Thin body and short, not particular nice aftertaste. It might be something wrong with this bottle compared with previously ratings here.
