Cask. Fat Cat Brown Beer House, Sheffield. Dark, clear, ruby red. Dense foam of beige. Nose has light roast coffee bean. Dried fruit. Taste is sweet and a little vinous. Light body. Low carbonation. Fairly drying. Vinous finish.

Pigs Ear. Clear dark brown beer. Light suddy head, persistent. Dusty yeasty nose - weird! Nutty malt with repressed fruit. Finishes soft and semi dry.
