330ml bottle into glass. Faint sweet malt nose. Hazy golden beer with solid white creamy head. Many fine bubbles. Robust malt taste with zingy mouthfeel. Finish is mildly citric hop bitterness. Well balanced, easy drinking, good beer.

330ml bottle. Hazy orange amber colour, foamy off-white head and crystal malt, lemony citrus, yeasty aroma. Taste is sweet malty, caramel, bready followed by light citrus and tangy bitterness. Light bodied, medium carbonation, some residual sweetness in the finish. Quite OK.

Pours amber with a fading head.A fair bit of sweet malt and caramel on the nose along with a faint stale notes and some herbal and earthy hops.Quite malty flavours too. Some of the stale character transfers through though.Could use more carbonation.

(bottle) Clear coppery gold, no head. Aroma is grassy metallic hops with slight sweet stone-fruit hint. Light body, excellent carbonation. Great flavour although fairly restrained - starts slightly sweet with some interesting complexity and has a nice long fairly bitter finish. Overall a very nice beer.

From a 330ml bottle on 16/1/2012. Pours a clearish deep golden, with a small head. The aroma is all malt, which follows through in the taste at the start. There’s strong caramel notes and some toffee as well. There’s quite a bit of sweetness but it’s nicely moderated by some zesty hop bitterness. A very solid brew.
