Bottle. Color ruby red. Very thin caramel coloured head. Taste: Caramel, cherries, sweet, metal. No bitterness at all. Aftertaste metal, a bit chemical. Drinkable, but definitely not a favorite dubbel beer.

Robijnrood, helder bier met stevige, licht beige schuimkraag. Weinig, enigszins fruitig aroma. Beetje zuur in de mond. Smaak ebt snel weg.

Bottle: Reddish-amber coloured, small stable ’n creamy off-white layer; sweetish candy-like and caramelly nose with a cherry-like fruitiness underneath; quite soft, moderate sweet flavour with both a delicate bitterness and a delicate acidity, barely medium bodied; slightly increasing bitterness in the vinous-fruity finish; well the extremely well hidden alcohol deserves an extra point. Not superb, but much better than expected…

Color coca cola. Escasa espuma para una dubble. Aroma a licor y azucar tostada. Lo prolonga en el sabor, dulce caramelo, muy marcado. Cuerpo moderado y media carbonatacion. Final mucho mas amargo. No está mal, aunque no es la típica dubble. Le falta complejidad.
