17/7/2019. Traditional flip top jar shared at the South West tour bottle share. Bought at Godshill Cider Barn, Godshill, IOW. Pours pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of semi-tart apples, light sugars and sulphur. Moderate sweetness and medium tartness. Medium body, lily texture, average carbonation. Nice tart finish.

Bottle: Poured a golden with couple bubbles with no head. Aroma is apples. Taste is like it’s name a nice apple cider with some tingles and semi dry finish.

Ceramic bottle from Godshill Cider Barn. No head. Color is pale yellow. Aroma and taste are green apples, fruits, juice, little acid, little sulphur. Dry bitter finish.

500ml ceramic bottle, 2011 vintage. Clear golden colour, no head and aroma of tart apple, woody oak, straw, funk, earthy. Taste is tangy apple, vinegar, woody, hay, some barnyard and light drying tannins. Slightly oily mouthfeel, quite light bodied, low carbonation, dry clean finish. Well balanced, nicely drinkable.
