[75cl bottle direct from Lyme Bay.] An attractive bright gold colour, still without being flat; floral dessert apple aroma; clean, wine-like, apple taste; rather dry.

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Appearance - amber with no carbonation which is good. Nose - farmyard notes. Sour apples slightly going off. Taste - proper tart apple, sweet apples at the front, then sour, sour, sour. Apple skin. Palate - close to medium bodied with a long lean middle and end. Overall - lovely properly made cider.

Bottle shared with Ashton McCobb and Stuu666. Pours still golden orange. Aromas of barnyard, earthy apple and spice. Dry apple skin. Taste is tart apples, more skin and a chalky paracetamol vibe. Proper cider!
