A medium dry cider made from a blend of apple varieties.

Made mainly from Yorkshire grown apples which give the cider a definitive style and a softer taste than West country ciders.

500ml bottle from Bier Huis. Clear golden colour, thin white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, summer fruits, slight barnyard. Taste is mellow apple, funk, oak vanilla, dry, light tannin, sour. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry sourish finish. Quite drinkable.
