Third pint measure from the keg menu at Mr Foleyโs Cask Ale House in Leeds. Firm, pearl white head blanketing the glass. Clear amber coloured body. Aroma of lemony hops and wheat. Taste of citrus balanced by mid-dry malts and raisin with fruit bitterness to the finish. Clean and soft in the mouth. A refreshing version of the style (08.07.2014).

Cask at the Quakerhouse, Darlington. Clear copper amber colour, foam white head and aroma of malt, fruity, light citrus & pine. Taste is malty with slight roast, wood and floral, fruity berry, nutty notes. Medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, clean finish. Quite drinkable.
