Pale golden colour. Plentifully hopped with Crystal hops for citrus aroma and lots of character. Pilsner malt produces a crisp, clean flavour while flaked maize gives the beer a light, smooth texture. Perfect for a sunny Spring afternoon

Cask at Dr Phil’s real ale house Middlesbrough. Slightly hazy gold amber, foamy white head and aroma of malt, caramel, light citrus hop. Taste is caramel, with vanilla, a marzipan note, alittle fruity & light hop bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, medium carbonation, dry light bitter finish. Quite OK.

Cask (Lady Greys, Newcastle) - Golden with a white head. Citrus, tea and peach in the aroma. Crisp and fairly hoppy taste with grapefruit, lemon and pineapple detected.
