Bottle 100cl.

Clear light yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate pear, dry pear. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, dry, pear. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110918]

Bottled. A light yellow beer with no head. The aroma has notes of pears. The flavor is sweet with notes of pears, and a bit of vinegar, leading to a lightly tart finish.

Bottle 100 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a very pale yellowish/green with absolutelu no head. Sweet fruity nose, not distinctly pear. Light body, sweet pear notes - actually very sweet - with a slight astringency in the finish. 180911

Polycask, gravity at the Trigger Pond St Georges Beer Festival, Bucknell, Nr Bicester, Oxon, 25-04-09 Pours pale golden, touch sweet in the mouth, some juicy pears, little sweet but I rather enjoyed it and had a few pints of this. A6 A3 F7 P3 Ov12 3.1

No head. Very pale yellowish body. Acidic metallic wooden aroma with vague pear and barnyard notes. Sweetish watery pearish taste with rounded wooden notes. Harmonic. Nice, but a bit neutral and boring. (1l bottle from Centra.)
