Bottle. Yellowish golden color, clear, and no head. Pear, sourness, some sugar, yeast and a weak horse-blanket note in the aroma. Nice flavor with pear, yeast and a weak barnyard note. Medium to thin body, not too astringent, and with a fruity finish. Quite nice perry. (070430)

Pale golden body. Apple and yeast aroma. Quite moderate pear flavor, its fruity but could actually be apple flavor as well. Relatively sweet, some yeast and a bit acid to be find in the finish.

330 ml brown bottle, bought at Vaaland Ølutsalg, Bryne. ABV is 4.5%. Crystal clear pale golden colour, sparkling when poured but very little carbonation in the glass. No head. Lovely aroma and flavour of fermenting pears and apples, notes of oak. Quite sweet. I like it, but one bottle is enough. Might buy again though, probably palatable for guests who don’t like beer.
