On tap. Clear golden colour, thin white head and aroma of juicy apple & straw. Tart apple flavour with wood, straw & hay notes. Slightly oily mouth feel, medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

Box@The Bree Louise, London. Golden colour, not too much head. Aroma is dry apples, some yeast, fruits and some "pollen" stuff. Flavour is apples, dry wood, and some slight floral and vanillaish notes. Rather watery palate, but has a long apple and earthy/herbal aftertaste.
