Purchased from https://tankmuseumshop.org/collections/food-drink . Clear golden colour, pours sparkling with a short-lived white head. Carbonation in the mouth is moderate. Pleasant aroma and flavour of cider apples, oak, tannins and sulphites. Medium sweet. Might well buy again.

500ml bottle.Golden colour with a short-lived white foam head. Aroma of apple, woody. Taste is apple, fruity, bittersweet with a hint of honey, some vinegar, oak and funky notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, balanced oaky finish. Quite drinkable.
