500ml bottle from Waitrose. Pours clear pale gold. Taste is crisp clean lightly sparkling medium apple fruit, a little thin but a nice simplistic refresher

Bottle at home, 05/03/18. Clear golden with a decent off white cap of bubbles. Nose is crisp apple, straw, grains, light barnyard esters. Taste comprises apple pulp, light smoke, straw, apple skins, hint of funk. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent.

On keg at the Stockbridge Tap. Appearance - golden amber with steady bubbles. Nose - sweet apples. Light wood. Taste - more sweet apples. Palate - light bodied with a tangy texture and a finish that is a bit too sweet. Overall - a bit sweet. Could do with more of a tang on the finish.

500ml bottle from Orchard Box, August 2016. Pale golden colour, short-lived foamy white head and aroma of fruity apple, light apple skin, wood & funk. Taste is mellow apple, tangy, woody oak, vanilla, white wine, citric notes with some drying tannins. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
