Brewed between 2013 and 2019. 5... 4... 3... 2... 1... Lift off, we have lift of the Westerham Hop Rocket IPA! This scrummy number is made using Maris Otter Pale Ale Malt along with a litany of hops, including Goldings, First Gold, Fuggles, Bramling Cross and Progress hops. It's also given a dry-hopping for more tasty, bitter hop notes.

Cask at the William Webb Ellis (JDW), Twickenham - 12/01/13. Clear pale golden with a good sized frothy white head. Nose carries hops, light pine notes, touch of sugar, raspberry jam, citrus. Taste comprises light grapefruit, definate hop presence, grass, citrus, sugars. Medium bodied, a little on the thin side, moderate carbonation with some bitterness in the finish. Decent enough drop!

Cask. Clear amber with a creamy off-white head leaving some lacework. Lightly fruity aroma. Light body, low carbonation, fairly malty and fruity with a fairly dry and bitter finish. A "proper" IPA? Well, I found it pleasantly drinkable but also fairly underwhelming. 170312

Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. A pale amber beer with a thin yellowish head. The aroma has notes of fruits and dusty hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruits, and flowery hops, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

Cask handpull at The County Hotel, JDW, Ashford. Clear old gold colour with lasting white head. Cracking condition. Hoppy floral aroma. Some light biscuit from the malt. Good biscuit and some good tingly hop in the mouth. Hardly hop rocket, more a hoppy premium bitter but no harm in that at all. Good though.
