Draught at the Fox Hole, Piercebridge. Hazy gold colour, no head and aroma of apple & horseblanket. Taste is mouth puckering sour lemon rind, tangy apple, apple skin, fruity melon, funky barnyard notes and drying tannins. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tangy sour fruity finish. Very drinkable cider.
