500ml bottle from Dan Murphy’s, Hurstville. Clear dark brown amber colour, tan foam head leaving lacing and aroma of caramel, toffee, orangey citrus, pine, hop resins. Taste is rye malt, caramel, toffee, slight roasted note, orange citrus, grapefuit, woody pine, hop resin, spicy, earthy bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

From a 500ml bottle on 11/10/2015 (shared by Butz with thanks). Pours a clear light amber with a biggish head. Te nose features caramel, fruit and some spice. Take a sip and there’s lots of sweet stone fruit, some light caramel malt, and a touch of rye. The bitterness is reasonably firm but not overwhelming. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Really smashable, refreshing, and relatively subtle for a beer weighing in at 7.3%. I really enjoyed this - the best Keller Door I’ve tried so far.

Bottle. Dark red amber with an inch of beige head that leaves nice rings. 4 Aroma of sticky bread crusts, grapefruit, spices. 7 Medium to full bodied, moderate carbonation. Sweet with toffee, rye bread, some raisins. Peppery and citrus flavours gradually collar the sweetness and lead to a spicy bitter finish. Nice beer.
