16 ounce can. Amber orange pour. Rocky beige head. Sweet toasted malt nose. Subtle spicy hops over a pleasant toasted malt backbone. Some dank citrus in middle. Piney notes in finish. Decent.

Crisp, completely clear copper coloured body with a thinnish, single centimetre tall tan head that fades fairly quickly and leaves only a sliver of head on top. Aroma of grass, earth, flowers, light pine and a moderate, but slightly low level of malts and nothing else really noticeable. Light to Medium-bodied; Grassy and dry hop bite at first that doesn't show much bitterness at all, and leaves a bit of the biscuity and dry malt coming through right afterwards with a touch of alcohol at the end and nothing else too complex. Aftertaste shows the flowers, dry grain, light pine and very grassy flavours, but without too much bitterness from the hops nor fanfare. Overall, a decent IPA with some lighter hop flavours that just don't show much bitterness, but show some character, without any complexity at all throughout the sample, this is decent and not really worth trying should you find it here on the East Coast. Definitely not recommended if you don't live anywhere outside where you typically see Sly Fox beers. I sampled this pint sized can purchased from Whole Foods in Pentagon City (Arlington), Virginia on 22-November-2017 for US$2,99 sampled at home in Washington on 10-December-2017.

Draft at brewery. Bright golden, soft head. Hoppy aroma, citrus. Taste brings the hops up front, dominates the taste and lingers for a bit.

On tap at Fat Heads Pittsburgh. Pours gold with frothy white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is pine and citrus. Medium body, strong pine, dank, resin finish, good.
