Pale yellow colour. Moderate perry aroma. Light moldy moderate perry flavor. Semisweet. Average finish. Oily palate.

Cask @ Baum, Rochdale. Hazy and very pale green with some sediment floating. Has a low fizziness and a mild pear taste with a watery aftertaste. Fair nose though.

Many thanks for this pear cider to Jacek Wigier (wineofdreams@gmail.com). Pachnie gruszkami, to oczywiste, musujace, jasniutkie, niemal slomkowe, w smaku slodkawe na poczatku, ale potem lekka wytrawnosc sie czulo i cierpkosc. Jakby ugryzc nie dojrzala twarda i zielona gruszke.

BIAB at Ale & Arty, Stockton. Pale yellow gold colour, no head and pear aroma. Taste is syrupy pear, sweetish, alittle woody and sulphur hint. Light bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Quite OK.

Cask at the 2018 Chelmsford & Mid Essex Beer & Cider Festival. Pours pale yellow gold with no head. Aroma of vanilla, pears and sweet caramel. Heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft to flat carbonation. Sweet finish.
