75cl bottle from Pilango, I think. Pours unclear orange, bubble off-white topping. Good fleshy, raw, skin-like fruit aromatics. Taste follows on, not as bone-dry as standard French cremant, but retaining some good full fruity flavours, some nice bittersharp flavours, fleshy apple skin, distant funk. Good stuff.

750ml bottle. Vintage 2015. Disgorged on 1/7/17. Dosage 8g/L. Dry style, Harry Masters Jersey & Foxwhelp apples. Pours a sparkling deep golden colour with a lively fizzy white head that quickly dissipates away. Nose of tangy apple, caramel, light funk. Taste is tart, bittersweet apple, sour and funky, dry citric fruity with caramel notes. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart finish. Very drinkable.
