Bottle from Scrattings. Cloudy dark gold with some white foam. Aroma of fruity apple, brown sugar, apple skins. Taste of the fruity dabinett, light sourness, wood, some funky barnyard, drying close. Excellent.

500ml bottle via Scrattings. Pours a deep hazed amber brown, small ring atop. Good fruity Dabinett on the nose. Taste presents a nice Dabinett showcase with a smooth farmhouse fuzz backed up with some good firm tannins. Nice fruity Dabinett sv.

Bottle from Brendan's Brewtique, Bristol. Orangey-brown, with slight carbonation. Some deep, dry apple juice character, with skins and cores, a rustic yeastiness and lingering, bittersweet finish. An excellent cider.

500ml bottle. Orangey golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, woody. Taste is bittersweet apple, alittle apple skin & funk, with woody oak and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
