28/1/2022. Bottle sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers. Pours clear dark gold with minimal head. Aroma is medium sweet apple, funky, baked apple, slight mucky barnyard notes. Medium plus sweetness, moderate tartness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Nice sweet tart mix to finish. Enjoyed this.

500ml bottle from Purple Moose shop, Betws Y Coed. Pours clear gold, sparkling. Aroma of floral apple orchard, apple skin. Taste presents an appealing medium-sweet blend, blossoming apple fruit with vivid apple skin and core notes, lightly caramelised fruit with a great fleshy fruit character. Really changed my opinion on Rosies after trying some savagely sharp editions from box years ago.

Bottle from Stori. This one is 5.8%. Appearance - golden amber. Gentle bubbles. No head. Nose - fresh red apple. Taste - sweet red apple, pink lady almost. Palate - light to medium bodied. Tangy but sweet middle and finish. Overall - nice despite being quite sweet.

500ml bottle. Sparkling golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, caramel, funk. Taste is mellow apple, funky, woody, fleshy fruity, sweet with alittle apple core and caramel. Medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, with some residual sweetness at the finish. Nicely drinkable.
