25/1/2019. From bag in box at the 10th Elysian Winter Beer Festival. Pours slightly hazy very pale gold with minimal bubbly off-white head. Aroma of medium sweet apples and light caramel. Medium sweetness, very light tartness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft to flat carbonation. Semi dry finish with lasting sweetness.

Draught at Station House Beer & Cider Festival October 2017. Golden brown colour, no head and mellow fruity apple aroma. Taste is sweet, apple strudel, cinnamon hint with biscuity notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry oxidised biscuit finish. Quite OK.

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Golden orange in colour. Has a fair apple sweetness in taste, but dry tasting in its aftertaste.

Cask at gbbf day 5. The only cider of the fest. Translucent golden orange coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma is sharp tangy apple, tart fruit, some plastic hockey puck. Flavour is composed of crisp and tart Apple, tannin, berry, tart apple fruit. Some sugars. Palate is medium sweet, with a drying tannic finish. Nice authentic rustic cider.
