Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5

500ml bottle from Ciderniks online. 6.5%. Slightly hazy yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple and funk. Taste is tart, sharp, tangy apple, hint of vinegar, then mellow fruity with some woody, leathery, earthy barnyard notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite OK.

Box @ Post Office Vaults. Pours misty gold, sweaty aroma. Taste is raw, bristlingly sour with a moderately coarse tannic nature. Bit too much on the sour side for me, would need at least a couple of pints for my palate to adjust.
