75cl bottle shared with Soph on my birthday. Pours very pale yellow. Aroma is quite sweet & fresh, some desert apple perhap. Light carbonation, interesting blend of predominantly desert / culinary apples, quite a gentle sweetness, unexpected hints of pear drops & bubblegum, drying finish. Needs a little more depth of flavour.

500ml bottle. Very pale yellow colour with a short-lived fizzy white foam head. Nose of apple, green apple, fruity, melon, citric. Taste is tart, apple, some green apple and citrus zest, with white wines notes. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, slightly spritzy medium carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.
