500ml bottle from Orchard Box. Yellow gold colour with a white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple with sulphurous notes. Taste is sweetish, mellow apple, fruity, musty, citric. Smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, lingering fruity and lightly tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle @ The Admiral Collingwood, Ilfracombe. Pale clear yellow with a carbonation. Dry with a mild apple flavour thatโ€™s at its best in its lingering aftertaste, but never stated. Its aroma is low too, whilst its strength is not too evident.

500ml bottle shared with Ashton McCobb, cheers Ash! Pours clear golden, thin ring of white head. Aromas are creamy, cooked apples, light caramel. Taste is caramel too, bitter apples, dry finish. Nice carbonation.

Bottle from the producer. Appearance - golden with no head and gentle bubbles. Nose - bruised apples, earth and a caramel note. Taste - caramel confirmed. Almost toffee apple. Palate - medium bodied with a tangy texture and an off dry finish. Overall - has depth of aroma and flavour.
