Yellow colour. Moderate apple aroma. Moderate sweet apple flavor. Average fnish. Oily palate.

Draught at the Quakerhouse, Darlington. Hazy orange gold colour, no head and tangy apple aroma. Taste is fruity apple, juicy, sweet with some tartness, earthy barnyard hints and drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

BIAB @ Shrewsbury Hotel. Pours clear copper. Syrupy aroma. Taste is caramel & brown sugar with some overripe apples coming into play.
