Box @ Stable Whitechapel. Pours a lightly misty golden yellow. Light medium apple fruit on the nose. Taste presents a glistening acidity shadowing medium fruity character, crisp sour, well rounded. Decent.

Bottle at home, 25/03/17. Hazed washed out yellow / blonde with a decent white covering that retains very well for a cider .... 10 + minutes! Nose is funky, apple orchard, straw, light smoke, barnyard. Taste comprises apple, smoked meats, straw, farmy essence but lacking the funk on the nose. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent cider.

500ml bottle from Bier Huis online. Sparkling pale yellow gold colour with a foamy white head that slowly diminishes. Aroma of mellow fruity apple. Taste is tart & fruity apple, with some woody notes and drying tannin. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry fruity finish. Quite drinkable.
