500ml bottle from Glug, Newcastle. Pale yellow golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, light funk and hint of sulphur. Taste is fresh apple, fruity, melon, syrupy sugar & honey notes with some straw and light barnyard. Light bodied, medium carbonation, dry & residual sweet finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Beer Revolution, Hay On Wye. Drunk in some fields full of sheep in Hay on Wye. Pours clear pale yellow, light apple sweetness to the aroma. Taste is sparkling with a nice balanced medium sweet apple character. Good fleshy apple presence, minimal tannins, very drinkable, usual Ty Gwyn quality.
