bag in a box at Thomas Tallis Canterbury. Clear pale gold colour no head. some dryness. some tannin. some good apple juice flavour. dryer than expected. as an apple juice it's quite vinous. some sweetness. a good sweetish white wine. ok.

BIAB at Station House, Durham. Pale yellow colour, no head and crisp apple & pear aroma. Taste is sweetish, apple, green apple, pears, some apple skin and fruity citric acidity. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry slightly tart finish. Quite drinkable
