BIAB at Manchester Beer & Cider Fest, 2019. Hazy yellow gold colour, no head and mucky apple aroma. Taste is mellow apple, funky barnyard with some citric acidic notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic and tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
