6/6/2019. From bag in a box at Leeds Beer Festival. Pours slightly hazy very pale gold with a short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of semi-tart apples, citrus, light caramel and light acidic cider vinegar. Light sweetness with moderate tartness. Moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, soft to flat carbonation.

BIAB at Manchester Beer & Cider Fest, 2019. Slightly hazy yellow gold colour, no head and mucky barnyard aroma. Taste is mucky, mellow apple, some grass, tart citric notes and barnyard funk. Light bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic funky finish. Nicely drinkable.
