Box @ That Beer Place, Chester. Pours a misty gold, some bubbles atop. Aroma is pure dry apple juice. Taste seems weighted towards quite a dry character, good pure apple presence, bitter skins and core, drying close. Not bad.

BIAB at Manchester Beer & Cider Fest, 2019. Slightly hazy yellow gold colour, no head and tangy apple aroma. Taste is tart tangy apple, some apple skin, with citric acidity and some light funk. Light to medium bodied, low carbonation, dry slightly tart finish. Quite drinkable
