500ml bottle from Cideronline. Hazy yellow golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of barnyard funky, fruity apple, earthy. Taste is tangy apple, bittersweet with leathery loamy barnyard funk with citric notes and some drying earthy tannins. Medium bodied, slightly spritzy carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle from the Cider shop in Bristol. It pours bright yellow - gold with minimal head. The aroma is soft, bitter - sweet, funky, apple skin, apple pie, hay and a hint of lemon. The taste is crisp, bitter, lemon peel, apple skin, touch of earth, gooseberry, white grape and some tannins with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Bright and refreshing. Good depth of flavour. Another winner from these guys.
