Our signature lager showcases everything we stand for: small-batch brewing, top quality ingredients and a respect for the classics. Lager should be refreshing, so we use pale malts and continental yeast strains to create a clean, crisp base. Traditional European hops add complexity and subtle flavours more commonly associated with ales. Gentle carbonation allows the slight bitterness and delicate spice notes to shine through.

Draught keg at the brewery. Light to mid-gold, a small pillowy white head. Clear withplenty of visible carbonation. Big malt aroma, some cardboard, extremely basic but very clean and not skunky at all. Sweet taste, but nit to sweet, there's just enough of a hoppy bite to keep it from getting sickly. Some waxy bitterness in the long finish. I mean, it's 'just' a lager, but very nicely put together.

Half-pint on tap at the brewpub. A white tophead over a clear, late straw coloured body, fair lacing. Dusty hops and mild malty sweetness on the nose. Grass and grain to the taste character, mid-sweet. Mild malt-fruity ending. Soft carbonated. Clean and refreshing taste. Decent lager. (Harrogate 07.07.2022).

Grassy, mildly hoppy aroma, pours a pale straw colour with a foamy white head - crisp taste with mild bitterness and fruity, floral notes, and nice carbonation. Has a sweet malty aftertaste with some hop bitterness
