BIAB at Cambridge Winter Beer Festival 2018. Golden colour, afew bubbles on top and tangy apple aroma. Taste is bittersweet, mellow fruity apple with balanced dry tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Well integrated, nicely drinkable.
