15/11/2018. Bottle shared with Danlo and SHIG. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow gold with no head. Aroma of baked apples, slight caramel, starch and cellophane. Moderate sweetness, slight oily and watery texture, soft to flat carbonation. Dryness to finish.

500ml bottle thanks to Grumbo at Grumbo's not the only rater in Suffolk tasting. Yellow gold colour, no lasting head and cooked apple aroma. Taste is juicy cooked apple, with some underlying astringent notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. OK.
