500ml bottle. Golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and light funk & oaky apple aroma. Taste is sweet, mellow fruity apple, alittle tartness, some caramel, oaky, vanilla and light tannins. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, medium finish with some residual sweetness. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle. Appearance - light golden yellow. Very gentle bubbles. Nose - dry tangy apple skin. Taste - more apple skin. Then sweet stewed apple. Palate - medium bodied, tangy and sweet. Overall - good cider. Look forward to getting my hands on the dry version of this.

Bottle from taste of Grampian. It pours clear pale yellow - green with some tiny white bubbles on top. The aroma is aroma is fresh, quite vibrant, tart apple, white grape, vinous and fruit pie. The taste is crisp, clean, dry and tart upfront, fresh, rather fruity, apple, pear, gooseberry, vinous, straw and a touch of alcohol with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Took me a bit by surprise this one. It has a really nice white wine character and is a lot less sweet than anticipated.
