Full-bodied malt, and subtle hops give a continental style pale beer. Hersbrucker , Saaz, and Cascade hops make a very refreshing and characterful lager.

Bottle growler thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - golden yellow. Decent white head. Nose - sweetcorn and bready. Maybe something floral. Taste - more corn and bread. Palate - light bodied with a fairly dry finish. Overall - ok.

Mini cask from Northumbrian Gifts. Pours light hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of corn and minerals. Taste is more of the same. Clean finish.

Draught at Durham Brewery. Golden amber colour, white foam head leaving lacing and malty yeasty aroma. Taste is malty, biscuit, straw with fruity and yeasty notes, plus some tangy grassy bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.
