750ml bottle from Pomologist online. No 15002. Gusher on opening. Murky golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of mellow apple with vinegary funk hints. Taste is bittersweet apple, funky, woody oak, earthy with drying tannins. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
