330ml bottle into pint glass. Pale yellow cider with zero head and many bubbles. Distant smell of apple pie. Clean and crisp in the mouth. Finish is dry with notes of apple core. Tiny touches of sugar and umami linger. Nothing wrong with it, would be very pleasant on a hot afternoon.

330ml bottle from Dan Murphys, Queanbeyan. Pale yellow gold colour, short-lived white foam head and light spicy apple aroma. Taste is fruity apple, sulphury, drying, acidic. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry sulphury finish. Abit too much sulphur dioxide evident.
