31/10/2022. Bottle bought at Victoria Wines Wailoaloa enjoyed on Likuri Island. Pours clear very pale gold with a short lasting fizzy frothy white head. Aroma is green apple, citrus, slight sulphur whiff. Moderate sweetness and medium tartness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Dry sour finish. Quite enjoyable.

330ml bottle from Dan Murphys, Hurstville. Pale yellow gold colour, short-lived white foam head and juicy apple aroma. Flavour is fleshy apple, green apple, apple pips and a cheesy, yogurty note with some dry acidity. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tangy acidic finish. OK.
