750ml bottle, No. 13002. 1000th cider rating. Plastic seal opened with a loud pop. Hazy yellow golden colour, white foamy head that dissipates away to a thin layer and aroma of funky apple. Taste is tart juicy apple, fruity, green apple, citrus rind, hay, light funk and drying tannin. Spikey mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable
