660ml bottle from National Brewery Centre, Burton on Trent. Pours a lightly misty golden yellow. Fruity Tremletts on the nose. Taste presents a sharp woody astringency coursing throughout with noticeably fruity elements coming into play, soft tannins emerging, gentle carbonation. Good SV showcase.

Bottle at Cider Salon, 2018. Slightly hazy deep golden colour, no head and mucky sweet apple aroma. Taste is apple flesh, dry, bittersweet, with lots of tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, very drying tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
