Bottle at Foeder For Thought. Pours a hazy yellow gold with small white head. The aroma is apple skin, pear, oak. Thin body, apple, oak, light tartness, good.

75cl bottle from National Brewery Centre, Burton on Trent. Pours an unclear misty golden yellow. Aroma is sharp, cheesy wild funk. Taste continues along similar lines with a very light natural carbonation, distant tannic fruit and accompanying lingering sour tang. A nice interpretation of a Spanish sidra.

Bottle at Cider Salon, 2018. Hazy golden colour, no retaining head and aroma of apple, funk, formic acid. Taste is fruity, apple, formic acid note, melon and dry tannic. Light bodied, soft spritzy carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
