500ml bottle. Pours pale greeny gold with medium carbonation. Aroma is musty dry apples. Taste is dry with bitter, woody apples. A little phenolic in places.

500ml bottle from Scrattings. Sparkling golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of tangy apple apple skin, leathery funk. Taste is woody leathery apple, bittersweet, with mucky horseblanket funk and drying tannin. Medium bodied, slightly spritzy carbonation, dry funky tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
