A fruit smoothie IPA with loads of guanabana, for a hoppy and juicy mañana.
Guanabana Mañana was brewed with lactose and a lot of Guanabana (also known as Soursop) - fruit that comes from Central America. This fruit has healthy doses of Vitamins C, B1 and B2 and promises that you’ll be fit for this summer and full of happiness inside and out.
The profile of this beer is markedly fruity, both on aroma and flavors, with plenty of citrus and tropical fruits, coming from the use of Citra, Galaxy and Mosaic hops in addition to 200 kilos of fruit pulp.

Thin off white head soon left a collar on a turbid dark lemon coloured still body. Confectionery, nectarine & orange aroma. Medium bodied,blow carbonation but sharp over the tongue with a clean finish. Pineapple, orange, sweet citrus, melon & peach tastes.

Bottle. Golden hazy pour. Aroma of pineapple, mango juice, orange, oat and papaya. Taste of juicy mango, pineapple, oat, papaya, orange, onion hop and melon. Very fruit smoothie like indeed, but still bitter enough to be called IPA. Nice.

Draught, 7.6% @ the taproom in Lisbon. Pours very cloudy mango yellow with small white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with notes of yeast and fruit and touches of malt. Bitter flavour of hops and citrus, wth fruity and estery notes and touches of malt. Lingering, bitter and citric aftertaste with estery notes. Decent.

Tap @ Highlanders, Aarhus. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich tropical fruits, lactose sugar, citrus, hops, malt and has a nice fruity bitter finish.

Tap at Indewildeman, 25th September 19. Pours a pleasant looking yellow thick hazy beer. Aroma is citrus and pith, mango. Taste is fruity, Tropical some satsuma, slight sour and a light bitter finish. Good.

Draught, half pint. @«Brew Coimbra 2019», Coimbra (Portugal). 13/09/2019. Murky yellow to orange colour with a medium white head. Aroma is fresh tropical and sweet fruity. Taste is guayaba smoothie, sweet tropical fruits and soft tangerine leading to a soft bitter finish. Next one please!

Draught at Mal Amado. Hazy, gold colored. AROMA- fruit bomb, juicy, citrusy, tropical fruit, floral. FLAVOR- neutral, bitter, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Very good.
